Heat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour rectangular, 13x9x2". Beat cake mix (dry), pie filling and eggs in large bowl of mixer on low speed for 2 minutes. Spread half of the batter in pan. Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle half of the mixture over batter in pan. Spread remaining batter in pan; sprinkle with remaining sugar-cinnamon mixture. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool. Serve with whipped topping. High Altitude (3500-6500 feet): Stir 3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour into dry cake mix.
