'99 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 15 pieces caramels -- vanilla or chocolate 1/4 cup chopped nuts -- finely chopped 3 squares semisweet chocolate square 1 tablespoon powdered sugar 1 tablespoon cocoa Dust hands with cornstarch. Shape caramels into balls. Using pressure, roll caramel balls in chopped nuts. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Heat chocolate in microwave until melted. Stir to soften. Keep warm. Using a fork, dip caramel balls in melted chocolate. Place on paper-lined tray. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Sift powdered sugar with cocoa. Roll truffles in mix. Serve at room temperature.
