When those times strike, I get out a loaf of crusty french bread, olive oil 
and a bit of oregano. I dip my bread and am as happy as a clam.

I'm going to have to stop eating this was, according to my doctor, but....
A can of sardines, saltines, and Zatarain's Cajun Mustard.
Roll a slice of thin-sliced meat and one of cheese, a little mustard or 
mayo, and a 6-inch tortilla.
Toasted English muffin covered with baby shrimp and a slice of Monterey 
Jack, slide it under the broiler (or microwave) until cheese melts and
shrimp are warm.
And always, peanut butter banana and bacon sandwiches.

I loved Bright's idea of the tortilla wraps, and I think I can add an 
extra thought. I live in CA , and 'wraps' are very popular in restaurants.
The local grocery stores here, now sell over sized 'wrap' tortillas, but
they are 'sundried tomato and herb', garlic and herb, and 'vegetable garden
herb'. I had NO time one evening , so I bought a rotisserie chicken from
the deli. Shred some, add some chopped tomato, bag salad lettuce, and
mayo. Wrap it up in the jumbo herb tortilla, like you would a burrito, all
ends tucked in.
Slice in half at an angle. Serve with chips and iced tea.You have dinner 
in less than 15 minutes, and my husband loved it! A few days later, I had
some left over stuffed bell pepper ,filling only. It had rice,meat,etc. in
it. I made a 'hot' wrap for lunch in the microwave, and it was great! You
can basically put anything in them. - CDJ
P.S.  The sundried tomato ones are my favorite, they are a beautiful color.
